Current Position: Will is responsible for sourcing clients and candidates in the financial services industry using his vast network in capital markets, his awareness and understanding of retail and institutional market structure, and first-hand knowledge and experience with regulatory and structural changes in capital markets. A leader in capital markets and professional industry organizations, he works directly with regional managers to identify top talent, and identifies and evaluates the most suitable candidates for each position.

Career History: Will began his career as an equity trader at Wedbush and Kidder Peabody, and advanced quickly to strategic Managing Director positions for a variety of Institutional Trading Desks including Cruttenden Roth, Roth Capital Partners and Seidler. His 20 years of experience in trading at regional firms exposed him to all facets of capital markets, regulation changes, technology, and investment banking strategy. Will has built a vault of solid relationships regionally and nationwide in Capital Markets and Equity Trading. He brings a comprehensive fluency of the equities markets, financial industry structure, and person-to-person negotiations.

Additional Information: Will graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a BS in Business and Economics, and quickly secured his first role in finance at Wedbush Noble and Cooke where he launched his career in trading. For 15 years he was an active member of the Securities Association of Los Angeles, holding Board positions and actively networking in the community. Will loves to golf, spend time with his college-aged kids, and is an active participant on home builds for both Corazon and Habitat for Humanity.
