Career History: Phil Waxelbaum started his career in financial services industry, as an advisor, with Prudential Securities in New York City. While with Prudential he moved into management running Retail Syndicate and ultimately serving as the National Sales Manager of the Private Client Group. While with Prudential he also served as a media commentator for the firm appearing on CNN, CNBC, The Wall Street Journal Report, and the three major network news programs. He also provided regular interviews to major print media such as The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, AP, UPI and several national financial interest magazines.

Subsequently Phil was the National Sales Manager of Lehman Brothers. In 1989 Phil designed a realignment of Western State branches and relocated to Los Angeles. Though the ten years that followed he had responsibility for branches and branch complexes throughout greater Los Angeles area for successor firms Shearson Lehman Hutton, Shearson Lehman and Smith Barney. In 1999 Phil and his family relocated to Arizona to expand the greater Phoenix branch complex, a responsibility he held through 2003 when he relocated to Silicon Valley to lead a complex for UBS. After completing his work in Northern California Phil, as a consultant to Oppenheimer, returned to Arizona and successfully established a high net worth office for the firm in North Scottsdale.

In 2006 Phil returned to Los Angeles as a Managing Director and Regional Director of the Deutsche Bank Ultra High Net Worth Office. Subsequently he was named Head of Private Client Services at Deutsche Securities with responsibility for all US branches.

Most recently Phil served as a Managing Director with JP Morgan in Century City, CA.

Additional Information: In 2015 Phil decided to leverage his well-established skill in talent recruitment by associating with Willis Consulting. His 25-year plus friendship, and business partnership, with the principals made for a natural fit. Phil specializes in the recruitment of high productivity advisors serving the HNW and UHNW markets and targeted management searches.

Phil is the father of 16 year-old twins Dara and Judah.
