I am passionate about helping Financial Advisors in their career development. I spend my days speaking with financial advisors, evaluating their experience and career/life goals to best match our diverse client base, the firms/institutions we so proudly represent.

Career History

Jim began his career in the beverage industry with what would become more than 20 years representing large wine producers, managing multi-state regions in various sales and business development roles. This followed with positions in commercial real-estate and as a manufacturer representative. Leveraging business development and communication skills from past experiences, he joined Willis Consulting in 2019.

Additional Information

Jim grew up in the Seattle suburb of Bellevue, WA. Eventually he graduated from Washington State University with a B.A in Communications/Advertising and is a member of Theta Chi Fraternity. Career advancement has allowed him varied geographic/life experiences, residing throughout California, Texas, Colorado, Washington and Arizona where he has enjoyed building local alumni support and working with various community organizations.
